Clay Play: Young Artists | Ages 12–15

A relaxed space for youth to explore clay, develop their own ideas, and express themselves through making.

Time & Location

Sep 13, 2026, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Wymbin, 919 9 Ave SE #50, Calgary, AB T2G 0S5, Canada

About the classes

A relaxed and intentionally small clay studio experience for youth who want the freedom to explore ceramics, develop their own ideas, and create without the pressure of producing a “perfect” finished piece.

Clay offers a unique opportunity to slow down and work with something tangible. The process requires patience, attention, and a willingness to experiment — and sometimes to start over. This session gives youth the space to explore that process in a calm, supportive environment where their ideas and individual creative voices are welcomed.

Whether they arrive with a clear vision or discover an idea once their hands meet the clay, Young Artists is an opportunity to make, experiment, and explore ceramics on their own terms.
