Privacy Policy


Wymbin respects its customers and students rights to personal privacy. Personal information is not lent or sold to any person or agency for any purpose. Any personal information customers have provided to Wymbin will be used to deliver services to them only, and to keep them informed and up-to-date about the activities of the company. These activities include advising customers of initiatives, programs, services, confirmations, special events, and/or emergencies. If individuals wish to have their personal information amended or removed from the company databases, they may simply click the "Unsubscribe" link on the bottom of any email or send a message to hello@wymbinyoga.com. The company website and online database is hosted on a server using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt or encode the data and to ensure security during the online registration process.

What is Wymbin Online?

  • Experience the magic of our studio in your own home! Wymbin Learn is a subscription based online platform where you can access yoga + mindfulness videos on demand for the whole family - at home or anywhere!

  • NEW exciting content is uploaded every week

  • Videos are grouped into the following categories: Mini, Youth, Teen + Family

  • Your subscription includes ALL ACCESS to videos for every category - don't worry, we've got you covered!

  • Receive a complimentary free trial upon subscribing.

  • Your online subscription is a month to month term.

  • Your credit card will be charged automatically once you reach the end of your free trial.

  • You can cancel anytime - no returns or refunds on Wymbin Online purchases.


Cancellation & Refund Policy


  • All workshops are non-refundable. If the client cancels within the permitted time frame, they are eligible for a credit on their account only. 

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a credit to account. 

  • There is a 15% cancellation fee deducted. 

  • Workshops are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

  • Workshops are transferrable between siblings. 




Cancellation & Refund Policy


  • Credits will not be issued for missed days of camp.

  • If the client does not attend camp, or cancels less than 14 days prior to the start date of camp, there will be no credit given for fees paid. 

  • If a camp reservation is cancelled with more than 14 days notice prior to the start date of the camp, a 25% late cancellation fee will be deducted from your credit. The remainder of the credit will be available for use on the client's account.

  • Camp fees expire 12 months after the original date of purchase. 


Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

  • Full Day Camps: Drop-off is between 8:00 - 9:00am and pick-up is between 4:00 - 5:00pm.

  • For drop-off & pick-up outside of these hours, please make arrangements with our team so that teachers can coordinate camp activities appropriately.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to pick up your child, please note you will automatically be charged $1 by the minute for every minute you are late.

Teacher Training


Cancellation & Refund Policy


  • Teacher Training Registration Fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another Wymbin Training if cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the training. 

  • Credits will not be issued for missed days of training.

  • If you do not arrive for the training, or if you provide cancellation less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the start date of training, no credit will be issued for fees paid. 

  • If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks (14 days) or more from the start date of the training, a 25% late cancellation fee will be deducted from your credit. The remainder of your credit will be available for use on your account. 

  • Teacher Training fees expire 12 months after the original purchase date. 

  • Payment plans are available in advance of all Teacher Training programs. Full payment of fees is due on the first day of the in-studio training.

Birthday Parties


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Once your booking has been reviewed & confirmed, the remaining 50% payment is due the day prior to your booking.

  • A minimum of two weeks (14 days) is required to cancel your booking.

  • We do not offer refunds. We can transfer your party booking to an alternative date if your booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the event. We cannot provide a transfer after this time. Transfer requests are valid for 14 days.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

  • As we host multiple birthday parties in a day, please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes for your party to allow staff adequate prep time.

  • A parent/guardian of the birthday child must remain on-site at all times during the party.



Sankalpa Preschool + Kindergarten


  • Sankalpa Administration/ Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable*.

  • Credits/ make-up classes will not be issued for missed days of classes. 

  • Registration in the program must be cancelled a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of the month in order to not be charged for the upcoming month.

  • Payment occurs on the 1st of each month. To retain a space in the program, parents must provide credit card authorization OR pre-authorized cheques. 


*If Wymbin does not have space to accept the student to the program, the registration fees ARE refunded to the parent.
