Join us for a 2-2.5 hour evening at our boutique (810C 16th Ave SW, Calgary) where our expert pastry chef will guide you through all the steps to making classic French macarons! In the class, you will learn the history of the macaron, how to properly macaronage, tips and tricks for getting the perfect shell, flavour creation and troubleshooting.
