 Pathways to Wellness in Education

Wellness is an integral part of a school community: healthy students are better learners and healthy teachers are better leaders. Nurturing the wellness of a school community contributes to  positive social, emotional, mental and physical outcomes, which all lead to more overall engagement from learners.

Hire Wymbin for your school’s next PD session to learn how to incorporate Mindfulness and Yoga into your teaching practice and classroom. There are two types of workshops we offer, each with a special focus: increasing students’ wellness, and increasing educators’ wellness. These workshops are available for 1.5 hour or half day sessions that can also include a yoga practice upon request.
