Service Description

Our 45-minute Family Yoga classes are a joyful way to move, breathe, and connect—together. Designed for little ones from newborn to age 6 (and their grown-up sidekicks!), these playful sessions blend simple yoga movements, songs, stories, and imaginative adventures. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, sibling, or caregiver, everyone is welcome to join the fun on the mat. Expect cuddles, stretches, animal poses, and lots of laughs—because yoga is better when done as a family. Classes run on Saturdays from 10am-10:45am at our Inglewood studio. Please bring comfy clothes you can stretch in, a mat (we also have extras!) and a water bottle.
