Join Rachel Groen, Lead Education and Wellness Program Educator + Kristina del Corro, Mindfulness Expert in Calgary, for a FREE 2-hour workshop on how to increase and take care of your wellbeing through small, mindful changes in your day. Through equipping teachers with holistic and mindfulness-based skills, we believe we can help foster positive growth in classrooms and schools in Calgary.

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

In this workshop, we will be providing you with real tools and skills to take care of your mind and body as a busy teacher. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the following:

  • Mindful yoga-based movement and breathing techniques 

  • Fostering self-compassion in our work 

  • Opportunities for positive connections to self and others in the education community

  • Learn Tiny Habits that lead to a happier and healthier life.

At the end of the course one lucky attendee will receive a Wymbin Wellness Resource Bundle prize!

Rachel Groen

Rachel Groen is an elementary teacher, a yoga teacher for kids and adults, and the curriculum creator for Wymbin’s Mind and Move program. Her vision is to help teachers and classrooms find balance, peace in the day, and ways to care for their well-being.

Kristina del Corro

Kristina del Corro is the CEO and lead mindfulness expert of KDC Coaching. She has been working with multi-passionate humans for over a decade helping them use their own transformational energy to create mindful habits to make more time.
