Through equipping teachers with holistic and mindfulness-based skills, we believe we can help foster positive growth in classrooms and schools in Calgary.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
In this workshop, we will be providing you with real tools and skills to take care of your mind and body as a busy teacher. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the following:
Mindful yoga-based movement and breathing techniques
Fostering self-compassion in our work
Opportunities for positive connections to self and others in the education community
Learn Tiny Habits that lead to a happier and healthier life.
