About the classes

Yoga for Big Feelings is a grounding, supportive class created especially for our Changers (ages 8–12)—a stage of development where bodies are growing, emotions are deepening, and self-awareness is expanding.

This class offers a calm and welcoming space where kids can slow down, move with intention, and learn practical tools to navigate big feelings. Through thoughtfully guided yoga sequences, children will build strength, stability, and flexibility while learning techniques to regulate their nervous systems. Breath work, mindfulness, and gentle reflection help kids tune inward, notice how they’re feeling, and respond with greater confidence and care.

Classes focus on emotional awareness, self-regulation, and resilience, supporting children as they navigate school pressures, friendships, and life changes. Movement is paired with moments of stillness and rest, allowing kids to reconnect with their bodies and minds in a way that feels safe, empowering, and age-appropriate.

Yoga for Big Feelings is ideal for children who benefit…
