About the classes
A playful, hands-on introduction to clay designed for young children and their grown-ups to explore side by side. In this session, Zana will introduce simple clay techniques, materials, and playful prompts that invite children to touch, squish, roll, press, pinch, and shape the clay in their own way.
Together, children and their grown-ups will be encouraged to explore the possibilities of clay rather than focus on creating a particular finished product. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, make something together, and experience the joy of creating without a right or wrong way to participate. Grown-ups are invited to be curious alongside their child, offering encouragement and joining in the process rather than taking over the making.
