About the classes

We are so excited to welcome back Zana Ohe into our space for another Sunday clay play workshop hosted at Wymbin!

This workshop is designed for children aged 7-12. Participants will design and hand-build their own wall hanging inspired by whatever excites them most. This could be a flower, a face, an animal, object, or something entirely from their imagination.

Children will start by creating a simple design, then build their piece using hand-building techniques. From there, they'll add texture, details, and personal touches before hand-painting their finished work.

This workshop encourages creative freedom, self-expression, and curiosity while introducing foundational clay techniques in a relaxed, supportive environment. No previous clay experience is needed, just a willingness to explore and have fun!

Each piece will be fired and glazed off-site, hardware added for hanging, and will be ready for pick up at a later date.
