About the classes

Family Flow Collective is a warm, inclusive, and community-centered class designed for families to move, breathe, and connect—together. Open to all ages and stages, this class invites caregivers and children to share meaningful moments through gentle yoga, playful movement, and mindful connection.

Classes are accessible and adaptable, offering options for different bodies, abilities, and energy levels. Families will flow through simple yoga sequences, partner poses, group activities, and moments of rest that encourage cooperation, communication, and presence. Laughter, curiosity, and togetherness are always welcome here.

Beyond movement, Family Flow Collective nurtures a sense of belonging and shared experience. It’s a space where families can slow down, tune in to one another, and strengthen connection in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. There’s no expectations- just an invitation to show up as you are.

Perfect for families seeking quality time, gentle movement, and community, Family Flow Collective offers a chance to build connection,…
