About the classes

Movement meets adventure in this dynamic yoga class designed especially for our Growers (ages 5–8). This unparented session invites children to step into an imaginative journey where yoga-inspired movement becomes a tool for exploration, confidence-building, and self-expression.

Through themed adventures—such as climbing mountains, traveling through faraway lands, or embarking on heroic quests—kids will explore strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and engaging way. Classes are thoughtfully structured to challenge growing bodies while remaining playful, accessible, and encouraging for all levels of experience.

Alongside physical movement, children are introduced to age-appropriate mindfulness practices, including breath awareness, focus, and moments of rest. These tools help Growers build emotional resilience, concentration, and a deeper connection to their bodies—both on and off the mat.

This class is ideal for children who love movement, creativity, and imaginative play, while also benefiting from opportunities to practice cooperation, self-regulation, and confidence in a supportive group setting.…
