About the classes

Mindfully Me! Kids’ Fall Mindfulness Workshop

October 18th 1:00-2:30 p.m at Wymbin

Ages 5-9

$45+gst per child

This 90-minute mindfulness workshop will help kids discover their inner calm. Through games, mindful movement, breathing activities, and creative exercises, children will explore simple strategies to help them feel calm, confident, and connected. Together, we’ll practice ways to settle our bodies, focus our minds, and show kindness to ourselves and others. At the end of our time together, each child will leave with their very own set of “calm down tools” they can use anytime, whether at school, at home, or with friends.
