About the classes
What makes a day feel really good? Through movement, creativity and playful reflection, children will explore the people, activities, routines and feelings that help them feel happy, calm and connected. Each child will create a colourful “Best Day Blueprint” to take home—a visual reminder of the little things they can include in their days to support their wellbeing.
