About the classes
In this creative and interactive workshop, children will explore what helps them feel energized, confident, calm and connected—from how they begin their morning to the people, activities and habits that make their days feel meaningful. They’ll design their own “Best Day Blueprint” filled with practical ideas they can use to create more positive and balanced days at home, at school and beyond.
