About the classes
Rise & Reset Yoga is a supportive, grounding class designed for our Shifters (ages 12–15) as they move through a time of rapid change, growing independence, and self-discovery.
This class offers teens a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves—away from expectations, pressure, and constant stimulation. Through grounding yoga sequences, teens build strength, mobility, and body awareness while learning how movement can support both physical and mental well-being. Mindfulness practices, breath work, and guided moments of self-reflection help students manage stress, regulate emotions, and develop healthy coping tools they can use beyond the mat.
Rise & Reset encourages teens to explore who they are and how they feel in a way that is non-judgmental and empowering. The focus is not on performance, but on listening to the body, honouring boundaries, and building trust in themselves. Classes balance movement and stillness, offering space for release, reflection, and reset.
