About the class
For students with Autism & Adapted Needs
Two of our favourite things- sketching and stretching! This 1 hour class is for students with Autism and Adapted Needs. We will focus on both fine motor and gross motor skills through sensory exploration of art & movement. Each session is designed to provide a comfortable and encouraging environment, whilst also building confidence, connecting with friends, and building skills. Physical literacy is so important for development- when we learn to be mindful through art, and move through yoga, we can create a great mind-body connection! Parents & aides are welcome to join this class is needed, however we also have competent staff to assist throughout the class too.
