Course 1: Introductory Teacher Training- October 25th- October 26th, 2025 9:00AM-5:00PM


This course is part 1 of our 95hr Kids & Youth Yoga Teacher Training Program. It is a 2 day comprehensive course designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently teach yoga and mindfulness to children. Whether you’re an educator, yoga practitioner, or someone passionate about supporting kids’ wellbeing, this training will help you inspire movement, creativity, and calm in young learners.


During the training, you’ll explore:

  • Foundational principles of kids’ yoga and mindfulness.

  • Practical techniques for guiding engaging and age-appropriate classes.

  • How to foster self-awareness, confidence, and focus in children.
