About the class

This 6 week series is based around important themes and concepts that students can carry with them into their daily lives. Each week is centered around a theme and intention that is woven into the class. This class is slightly more challenging, but suitable for both individuals who have not practiced yoga- or who are advanced in their practice. Approximately 50 minutes of physical practice followed by 10 minutes of journaling, reflection and/or group discussion (in a journal that students get to keep and take home with them!) This class creates a community where students can learn and thrive whilst feeling the support of their peers and creating friendships.

Please fill out our Smart Wavier before your first class!
