About the classes
Become a brain scientist and investigate the powerful connection between your brain, body and emotions. Children will explore the nervous system, neuroplasticity, the brain’s “upstairs” thinking team and “downstairs” alarm team, as well as common protective responses such as fight, flight and freeze. Each child will use what they discover to create a personalized regulation toolkit connecting their feelings, body clues and practical strategies.
