Service Description

Backyard Biologists is a hands-on, outdoor science camp where kids explore the natural world like real field scientists. Campers observe plants and insects, investigate soil and water, and learn to slow down, notice details, and ask thoughtful questions about the world around them. Through guided exploration, simple experiments, and nature-based discovery, children practice making predictions, recording observations, and working together to solve problems. This camp nurtures curiosity, confidence, and a deep appreciation for nature—perfect for kids who love being outside and learning through exploration. A joyful blend of science, wonder, and fresh air that turns everyday nature into an exciting adventure. Ages: 5-10 Location: Banff Trail Community Centre
