Service Description

This 4-week Youth Yoga session is designed to help kids build confidence, strength, and mindfulness through fun and engaging movement. Each class introduces age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that support emotional regulation, focus, and body awareness. Through games, creativity, and guided movement, participants will learn how to connect with their bodies, manage stress, and develop tools they can use both on and off the mat. These classes are perfect for kids who are new to yoga or looking for a supportive space to move, play, and unwind. Join us for 4-weeks of movement, connection, and fun at Wymbin. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations at least 1 week prior to the first class in the series are eligible for a credit towards future yoga sessions valid for 1 year, less a $25 processing fee.
